Peptide & Emerging Therapies

Physician-grade protocols, not gray-market guessing.

Peptides are among the most promising tools in modern medicine. Some are FDA-approved today. Others are advancing through clinical trials. Dr. Seth Lampert prescribes what's available now and tracks every compound in the pipeline, so your protocol always reflects the latest science.

01

Physician-prescribed and monitored

Every protocol starts with a clinical evaluation and a clear reason. Dr. Lampert prescribes based on your labs, history, and goals, then monitors your response and adjusts. No self-experimentation.

02

FDA-approved and pharmacy-sourced only

Every peptide we prescribe is either FDA-approved or sourced from a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. No research chemicals, no overseas suppliers, no gray-market sourcing. If it's not available through a legitimate channel, we don't prescribe it.

03

Current with the latest science

The peptide landscape is evolving fast. New compounds, new delivery methods, new regulatory pathways. Dr. Lampert tracks the clinical research, follows FDA developments, and evaluates emerging agents as evidence builds. When something is ready for patients, it's available here first.

Available Now

What we prescribe today.

Dr. Lampert prescribes FDA-approved peptides and peptide-based therapies available through licensed U.S. pharmacies. Each protocol has a clinical indication, a monitoring plan, and an endpoint.

GLP-1 Peptide Therapy

Weight Loss & Metabolic Health

Semaglutide and tirzepatide are FDA-approved peptide-based medications. Physician-supervised protocols with metabolic monitoring, not just a prescription. Learn more →

Bremelanotide (Vyleesi)

Sexual Function

FDA-approved peptide for hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Works through the central nervous system, not vascular pathways like Viagra or Cialis. Often prescribed as part of a broader hormonal protocol.

The Pipeline

What we're tracking.

The most exciting peptides in medicine aren't available through legitimate channels yet. Dr. Lampert follows the research, understands the mechanisms, and is ready to prescribe them the moment they become available through FDA approval or licensed compounding pharmacies.

BPC-157

Tissue Repair & Gut Healing

Strong clinical interest for tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut lining repair. Not currently available through licensed U.S. pharmacies. Dr. Lampert follows the research closely and will prescribe when a legitimate pathway opens.

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin

Growth Hormone Optimization

Promising compounds for stimulating natural growth hormone release. Improved body composition, deeper sleep, faster recovery. Not yet available through FDA-approved or compounding channels. On our radar for the moment that changes.

PT-141 (Compounded)

Sexual Function — Beyond Vyleesi

The same melanocortin pathway as Vyleesi, but in compounded formulations that may offer dosing flexibility. Availability depends on compounding pharmacy regulations. We prescribe FDA-approved Vyleesi now and will add compounded options as they become available.

Next-generation peptides

Advancing Through Trials

Growth hormone secretagogues, novel tissue-repair peptides, new delivery formats. The pipeline is deeper than most patients realize. As compounds gain approval and evidence supports their use, they become part of your protocol.

"The difference between a prescription and a physician."

Wellesley Medical

How It Works

From evaluation to long-term care.

Step One

Evaluation

Complete your intake and baseline labs. Then a video consultation with Dr. Lampert to determine whether peptide therapy is appropriate and which protocol fits your clinical picture.

Step Two

Protocol

Prescriptions sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Dosing, timing, and duration tailored to your goals. Your physician is a message away.

Step Three

Ongoing Care

Lab monitoring, response assessment, and protocol adjustments. Peptide therapy has a clear purpose and endpoint. Your care reflects that.

Is This Right For You

Who we treat.

  • Men and women experiencing low libido or sexual dysfunction that hasn't responded to conventional approaches
  • Patients on GLP-1 therapy who want their full metabolic picture managed by one physician
  • Anyone interested in emerging peptide therapies who wants a physician already tracking the pipeline, ready to prescribe responsibly as compounds become available
  • Patients currently self-administering peptides from unregulated sources who want to transition to physician-supervised, legitimate care
  • Patients on hormone therapy who want to layer peptide-based treatments under one coordinated protocol

Wellesley Medical currently serves patients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island via telehealth.

Common questions.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal specific processes in your body: tissue repair, growth hormone release, inflammation reduction, sexual function. They target precise biological pathways rather than flooding your system with a broad-spectrum drug. The key is physician oversight, pharmaceutical-grade sourcing, and proper monitoring.

FDA-approved peptides prescribed by a physician and monitored with labs are safe and effective. The risk comes from the unregulated market: research-grade compounds purchased online, no physician oversight, no lab monitoring. At Wellesley Medical, Dr. Lampert only prescribes peptides that are FDA-approved or available through licensed U.S. pharmacies, with proper monitoring throughout.

Many peptides generating interest online are not currently FDA-approved or available through licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies. Dr. Lampert follows the clinical research and regulatory developments on BPC-157, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and other promising compounds closely. As these become available through legitimate channels, he will be among the first to evaluate and prescribe them. We don't cut corners on sourcing, and we don't prescribe what we can't verify.

The regulatory environment around peptides is evolving rapidly. Dr. Lampert follows every FDA approval, every clinical trial, and every regulatory shift. As new peptides gain approval and clinical evidence supports their use, he evaluates and adopts the best new options for patients. Your protocol reflects the latest science, not a static menu.

Yes. This is where having one physician managing everything matters. Dr. Lampert can layer peptide therapy with GLP-1 medications, testosterone, thyroid optimization, or other treatments as part of a single coordinated protocol. No conflicting prescriptions, no gaps. One doctor seeing the full picture.

The initial evaluation is $600 one-time. Ongoing care is $350 per month. This covers all physician consultations, lab interpretation, protocol design, and ongoing monitoring. Medications are purchased separately through licensed pharmacies. Costs vary by medication.
